MSc Human Resources and Relations (HR Expert)

Become an agile and proactive human resources expert

Accessible to students continuing their studies after Bac+4 or Bac+5 (engineering schools, business schools, universities) and to experienced profiles from Bac+3 upwards.

The aim of this Master Of Science is to train high-level executives in the fields of auditing, management control and finance, with an emphasis on the international dimension.
These professions offer very broad and versatile career prospects, across all business sectors.

This MSc has been awarded the MSc label by the Conférence des Grandes Écoles.

This Master’s program is based on a modern approach to human resources management.

Inspired by the expertise and field experience of professionals, as well as the contribution of leading theorists and researchers in the field of human resources management, this program combines the strengths of these approaches, enabling participants to manage human capital in different environments.

Participants are equipped and trained to face present and future challenges through classic courses, exercises, case studies and interactive sessions. Internships, courses and research are combined so that participants can master a theoretical approach with a pragmatic sense of HR concepts and practices.

TBS Education’s MSc programs are built on a unique format that enables students to optimally develop their managerial and professional skills. They are made up of five complementary learning experiences.

The 8 course units :

1. In-depth and analytical accounting
Objective: Master the fundamentals of accounting standards. Have the necessary prerequisites in general and cost accounting, as well as in-depth accounting, to be able to follow the other specialization modules.

2. Legal and tax review
Objective: Understand and know how to conduct a legal and tax review of a company. Learn and master tax techniques applied to the company in order to optimize the tax burden and analyze the impact of tax management decisions. Know how to conduct research using current scientific methods.

3. Accounting consolidation
Objective: Master the challenges of consolidated accounts, their presentation methodology and the particularities of auditing consolidated accounts, while adopting appropriate financial communication.

4. Corporate finance
Objective: Deepen the various approaches to financial analysis and corporate finance methods, with a particular focus on interest rate and exchange rate risk management.

5. Business valuation and risk management
Objective: Master the tools and methods needed to value companies. Understand the risks linked to internal control and their consequences on the reliability of accounts, as well as their impact on the audit approach. Master “preventive” and “detective” management control.

6. International finance
Objective: Deepen your understanding of international finance techniques. Understand the increasingly complex developments in market finance, participative finance and alternative finance.

7. Audit and internal control
Objective: Master the techniques of financial auditing and internal control. Understand the legal, tax, financial and accounting aspects of the various types of business combinations and their issues, as well as the tasks of the contribution auditor and the merger auditor.

8. International standards
Objective: Understand the similarities and differences between national and international accounting standards.

  • You have at least :
    • a validated BAC +4
    • a Bac+3 (180 ECTS) with > 2 years’ professional experience
    • a Bac+3 (180 ECTS) or equivalent, please contact us to find out about our eligibility requirements.
  • Or you have a foreign diploma, in particular a Bachelor’s degree, equivalent to the French diplomas required above.

The program may accept candidates who do not have these qualifications, but whose application meets the requirements of a Validation des Acquis de l’Expérience.
